Cate Rheney, PharmD

Pharmacist

Cate grew up an Army brat but when her dad retired in Alabama, she attended Auburn University for her BS in Pharmacy and Doctorate of Pharmacy degrees. Following graduation, she did a pharmacy practice residency followed by a drug information residency at Wake Forest University Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Cate has extensive experience in hospital pharmacy and particularly enjoys performing medication utilization evaluations, researching answers to complex drug related questions, and working with other providers to improve patient care.

Outside of work, Cate enjoys spending time with her husband, Ted, and two sons, Luke and Jack. She also loves to read and play mahjong.
