Nurse Practicioner

A native of Rochester, NY, Stephanie received her BS in Nursing at St. John Fisher College. She spent 9 years working for the University of Rochester Medical Center/Strong Memorial Hospital in cardiovascular surgery and pediatric surgery units. During the last 3 years of working as an RN she returned to St. John Fisher College to obtain her Master of Science/Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Upon graduating she received her national certification with American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She relocated to the Asheville area in 2015 to work as a cardiothoracic surgery Nurse Practitioner for Asheville Heart, managing acute care patients before and after open heart and lung surgery as well as patients that required Extracorporeal Life Support (ECLS). She spent the next 7 years with this group until transitioning to her role as Nurse Practitioner with Vital Care of Asheville and Fountains Infusion Center.

Stephanie and her family live in Arden, NC. In her free time, she loves all things adventurous, and you will find her participating in activities like white water rafting and skydiving.
